Professional Experience

Since 1984, Mr. Colangelo has provided a wide variety of litigation related support services to insurance companies, plaintiff and defence lawyers, including personal injury/wrongful death claims, commercial disputes, business valuations, matrimonial matters, forensic/fraud investigations, business interruption claims, expropriations and product liability matters. Mr. Colangelo has assisted, consulted and reported on numerous cases.

Mr. Colangelo has assisted lawyers in preparation for Examination for Discovery, Pre-Trials, and Trials, including their cross-examination of the opposing expert witness, and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of cases.

On a number of occasions Mr. Colangelo has provided expert testimony before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings. 

Mr. Colangelo has made presentations on the investigation and measurement of economic damages and forensic matters to the legal profession and insurance companies.

Mr. Greenhow has provided a variety of valuation and related advisory services to an
array of industries including insurance brokers, insurance companies, financial services
companies, and technology, manufacturing, media and retail concerns. These related
advisory services include mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, financing
and due diligence.

Mr. Greenhow has conducted various seminar presentations and has written numerous
valuation-related articles to the legal profession (Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and various plaintiff and defence client seminars), insurance industry (Conference for Advanced Life
Underwriting, Canadian Insurance Magazine), and manufacturing and technology sectors.

Mr. Rak began his professional career in 2007 in public accounting providing assurance and taxation related services. Throughout his career he has been involved in various litigation related support services to insurance companies, plaintiff and defence lawyers, including personal injury/wrongful death claims, commercial disputes, business valuations, matrimonial matters, forensic/fraud investigations, business interruption claims and expropriations. Mr. Rak has also attended numerous mediations and assisted legal counsel in preparation for pre-trial.

Mr. Rak has provided a wide variety of valuation and related advisory services to an array of industries including transportation, construction, real estate, professional practices, advertising, technology and manufacturing.

On a number of occasions Mr. Rak has presented various economic damage, accident benefits and valuation-related issues to other valuation professionals and the legal profession. He has also participated in the CA volunteer program that prepares personal tax returns for seniors.
